Clean home away from home with great host amazing stay

Perfect Location for short business trips to Auckland City Liked · This was my second stay within 3 weeks as I travel to Auckland from Northland. I especially like the location close to Sunnynook bus station (only 5 minute walk), so the city is a quick 20 Minute bus ride away. The room had a separate living area, was very spacious, 2 TVs, Air conditioning and access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, so meals could be prepared easily, however I chose to visit the Asian food court across the road, very authentic and inexpensive food. I will definitely be back.

Aristotles has exactly what we expect from all motels but sadly rarely find these days. Rooms are a great size, beds are actually comfortable, sheets were soft, towels did not feel like sandpaper, shower had great pressure and the little kitchenette had plenty of utensils and even a hot plate AND a microwave. Another bonus was Sky with all the main channels. There was no sign of "cheapening up" of anything at all. This motel will be hard to better and we have stayed in a lot. Hope it remains this way always. To be honest I cannot think of anything we were unhappy about or that could be improved.

Loved everything about Aristotles. The room was immaculate, clean, comfy and relaxing, in a prime location and service was terrific! I especially loved the communication via email, phone call with Aristotle as we flew in from Wellington and our check-in was after hours. They had everything ready upon arrival and made it so smooth and seamless. Definitely my favorite and have already recommended to family and friends.

Thank you Glen and Sandy for a fantastic stay! You were great hosts, welcoming and friendly. Shout out to the cleaners for the beautifully clean and immaculately presented room. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, I slept well, the cooked breakfast was yum and everything I needed was provided for, including SKY! Close proximity to several eateries, a supermarket and retail. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend you stay here.

Wow, what a great bunch. From the start, when i had to remember my name for the booking, and after the day i had, until the time i left, this team made things happen for me.... the booking may not have come through for any reason, but they were able to accommodate me and my partner whom just had a knee opperation. They were able to make me laugh and even were able to fulfill a few strange request. To those who stay, if you have a problem, tell them, let them know.... give them the chance to help... if you cant ask them and give them a bad reveiw, then you are reveiwing yourself as a human and your ablity too... so a big thanks to these managers and if we back in auckland, we will be in contact for another great night.

Stayed in the self contained unit with spa. Sandy and Glen had the sofa bed as well as a trundler bed made up already for our convenience. The room was super clean, big ups to house keeping. The pool was nice and clean, not heated the kids said, but doesn't ever stop them. Has a full kitchenette which is always handy for us. The shops/restaurants right out the door which you'd think would be a noisy stay at night, but wasn't at all. I liked that the room was separated from the rest of the motel. Just under the carpark. The king bed was ridiculous comfortable, I have a bad back and always look for reviews based on bedding. It was quality. Sandy and Glen were absolutely welcoming and genuinely the nicest Managers I have come across in a long time. We stay away alot, so we have met many.

My whanau & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here although it was short. Super clean & comfortable. Lovely owners, very accommodating. Have stayed in more expensive places than here but I would choose Aristotles anyday. We all slept like babies!! Spacious as. Could not recommend it more!

Amazing experience and will plan a stay again in the future. Customer service was welcoming, kind, and really helpful. I locked myself out of the room around 11pm at night and when I rang the bell at the reception, immediately someone came and opened my room. So thankful!! The room service was very reliable which cleaned our room really well when we went out the whole day. The room had every essential thing that we would need in a day to day basis and it really helped during this time away from home. I brought own dishwashing liquid but room service always topped up dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, fresh clean towels and clean sheets which my 21month old daughter dirtied.
