There are a number of ways that we can support guests who are on their way to or from an appointment at Southern Cross or North Shore Hospitals. Please contact us prior to check in day if you have any special requests for your room, or if you have extra needs.
For guests who want easy access, we have three King Access rooms available on the ground floor near reception. These rooms have larger doorways, wet bathrooms with built-in seats and rails, and mattresses with taller feet to accommodate a hoist if necessary. These three rooms also have a large comfortable recliner chair, which is particularly popular with our post-surgery customers.
